Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The App is developed and provided by eMviasoft Ltd (“we”, “us”), registered at 2A Frederic Joliot-Curie Blvd., 1113 Sofia, Bulgaria, company registration number BG207392577. For privacy questions: marketing@emviasoft.com.

2. What information we process

The information you enter into the App is kept locally on your device:

• Trip data — destinations, dates, budgets and expenses, packing lists;
• Documents — including scanned copies and files you choose to attach;
• Memories — photos and notes you add;
• Profile — the name and email you enter, and a lock PIN (stored in hashed form). This data is not sent to our servers — we do not have any, and we have no access to it.

3. Local account and PIN

The account is entirely local. Your email and PIN are stored only on the device (the PIN is hashed). Recovering a forgotten PIN works by matching the email you entered locally — we are not involved in this process and have no access to your PIN.

4. Biometrics

To unlock protected documents you may use fingerprint or face recognition. Biometric verification is performed entirely by your device’s operating system. The App does not receive or store biometric data.

5. Location

If you grant permission, we use your location to show it on the map and to search/recognize places. Geocoding requests (converting a place to coordinates and back) are handled via OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service (see section 7). We do not store your location history on any server.

6. Photos, camera and files

With your permission, the App accesses photos, camera and files so you can attach them to trips, documents and memories. These materials stay locally on your device.

7. Third-party services

The App makes network requests to the following independent providers, each with its own privacy policy:

• OpenStreetMap (map tiles) — loading the map sends your IP address and tile requests.
• Nominatim (OpenStreetMap) — geocoding sends the searched place text and/or coordinates.
• open.er-api.com — for currency exchange rates; only a currency code is sent, no personal data.
• Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat — when you subscribe, payment processing and subscription management are handled by the respective store and our subscription provider. We do not receive your payment card details. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, Apple, Google and RevenueCat.

8. Ads and tracking

The App shows no ads and uses no advertising or analytics tracking of your behavior.

9. Data storage and deletion

Because data is kept locally, you are in control of it. You can delete everything at any time from Profile → Danger Zone → “Delete all data” (which requires typing a confirmation word), or by uninstalling the App. Deletion is irreversible.

10. Your rights

Under applicable law (including the GDPR for EU users), you have rights to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data. Because your data is stored locally, you can directly view, edit and delete it in the App. For any data we might hold (e.g. support correspondence), contact us at marketing@emviasoft.com.

11. Children

The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
